Candidate Requirements

Your Responsibilities:

✔ Underwrite personal and commercial short-term insurance policies, including vehicles, buildings, assets, liability, and engineering.

✔ Assess and process new business applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

✔ Negotiate terms with insurers to secure favourable outcomes.

✔ Manage policy amendments, endorsements, and renewals on time.

✔ Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding requirements.

✔ Provide efficient resolutions to underwriting queries while maintaining excellent service standards.

What You Need:

✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in personal and/or commercial insurance underwriting (brokerage experience preferred).

✔ Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.

✔ Excellent interpersonal abilities and a professional attitude.

✔ Ability to work independently and within a team.

✔ Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime if needed.
