Business Development Manager
to drive sales growth and market expansion in the Western Cape.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for software, strong relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the property or real estate industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing the full sales process, and closing deals that empower property professionals with innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage new business opportunities within the property management sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Deliver product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing, onboarding, and client success.
• Provide support and maintain client satisfaction post-sale.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Candidate Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales (experience in SaaS or property management sectors advantageous).• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
• Knowledge of property management workflows is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms for sales tracking.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client-facing interactions.
