💰 Salary: R15,000 + Commission based on sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively sell signage services and products to new and existing clients.

• Take accurate measurements during site visits.

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular follow-up and professional service.

• Analyze client needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.

• Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Manage your own sales pipeline and client portfolio.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.

• Schedule and attend client visits and site inspections.

• Handle after-sales service and client queries professionally.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales and customer service (experience in the signage, graphics, or printing industry is a plus).

• Matric certificate (Grade 12).

• Excellent communication and listening skills.

• Client-oriented and solution-driven mindset.

• Strong administrative and time management skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.

• Must be willing to take measurements and visit client sites.

Hoofverantwoordelikhede:

• Aktiewe verkoping van uithangborddienste en -produkte aan nuwe en bestaande kliënte.

• Neem akkurate afmetings tydens werfbesoeke.

• Bou en handhaaf sterk, vertrouensverhoudings met kliënte deur gereelde opvolg en professionele diens.

• Ontleed kliëntbehoeftes en bied gepaste oplossings.

• Stel kwotasies, voorstelle en aanbiedings op.

• Werk nou saam met die ontwerp- en produksiespan vir tydige aflewering.

• Bestuur jou eie verkooppyplyn en kliëntportefeulje.

• Bly op hoogte van bedryfstendense en kompetisie.

• Reël kliëntbesoeke en woon werfinspeksies by.

• Hanteer naverkope en kliënte-navrae professioneel.

Posvereistes:

• Minimum 3-5 jaar ondervinding in verkope en kliëntediens (uithangbord-, grafiese- of drukwerkbedryf is ’n voordeel).

• Matrieksertifikaat.

• Uitstekende kommunikasie- en luistervaardighede.

• Kliëntgerigte en oplossingsgedrewe ingesteldheid.

• Administratiewe bekwaamheid en goeie tydsbestuur.

• Selfgemotiveerd, met die vermoë om onder druk onafhanklik te werk.
