The position also requires competitor and industry analysis, supporting tender/proposal processes, and ensuring effective internal and external communication. Additional duties include mentoring junior staff, maintaining client records, managing debtors, and using the CRM system efficiently. Meeting KPIs and representing the brand professionally are essential.
