OPERATIONAL FARM MANAGER
for
LUXURY/UPMARKET GAME AND CATTLE FARM
Location: Eastern Cape (Aliwal-North Area)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Farm/Operational Manager to oversee daily operations of a prestigious farm. The farm consists of cattle, horses, game (including luxury lodges), pasture crops, self-sufficient vegetable and herb gardens, poultry, etc.
Candidate Requirements
Requirements will be - apart from strong leadership skills – the ability to manage and motivate a well-trained staff compliment, the infrastructure, maintenance and fencing in order to secure absolute animal welfare, environmental/habitat conservation and guest satisfaction. Meticulous administration and communication will be key to the success of the incumbent. An aptitude for general maintenance, including vehicles, will be a huge advantage.
Sound references will confirm an honourable character of which honesty, integrity and earning respect from others must be highly evaluated.
Remuneration will include housing and certain farm related benefits.
