We’re looking for a passionate and professional Lodge Anchor to join a luxury lodge team. This is a live-in role ideally suited for someone confident in Front of House operations, guest liaison, and Food & Beverage service.Key Responsibilities:Welcoming and hosting guests with warmth and professionalismOverseeing front of house operations to ensure seamless guest experiencesAssisting in food and beverage service, including dining setup and coordinationLiaising with departments to ensure smooth day-to-day lodge functions

Requirements:

• Experience in a 4–5* lodge environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-presented, confident, and guest-focused
• Flexible, hands-on, and able to take initiative
