A leading high-end cabinetry and furniture manufacturing company based in Sandton, Gauteng, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor Controller with a strong background in managing and optimizing production processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to achieve output and quality targets.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards.
• Plan and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Lead and motivate production staff to maximize efficiency and maintain morale.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant technical or production management qualification is advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, Controller, or similar role in a cabinetry, furniture, or related manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of production planning, scheduling, and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
