A well-established audit and advisory firm based in Cape Town is looking for a Corporate Tax Compliance Officer to join their tax team. This is an exciting opportunity for a tax professional who meets strict compliance standards and is eager to grow within a fast-paced and technical environment.

The main purpose of this role is:

To manage and ensure compliance with corporate tax obligations for a diverse client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full tax compliance process, working closely with clients and internal departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to statutory deadlines.

We require a candidate with:

•           Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (non-negotiable)

•           Minimum of 2 years’ post-articles experience in a similar role within a tax compliance department at an audit firm (non-negotiable)

•           Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation and SARS processes

•           Proven ability to manage multiple tax submissions and meet deadlines

•           Experience working with tax systems (e.g. Greatsoft, SARS eFiling, etc.)

•           Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking

•           Strong verbal and written communication skills

•           Ability to work independently and as part of a team
