Employer: Robshaw Property Group

Robshaw Property Group is looking for ambitious and hardworking individuals to join our innovative and exciting real estate agency in the following areas:

Atlantic Seaboard, Southern Suburbs, Northern Suburbs, Blouberg.

This is a commission only role, but agents can expect to earn between R15,000 to R50,000 per month on average, with top agents earning R100,000 plus.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Source properties to list for sale (Seller leads provided)
Value properties
Communicate regularly with clients
Arrange/conduct property viewings
Write property descriptions and post ads
Guide buyers through the offer and purchase process
Complete all necessary duties performed by an Estate Agent

Candidate Requirements

Prior real estate experience not required but is a plus.
Tertiary education not required but is a plus.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Good computer skills - Microsoft Office
Personal skills - Friendly, well-mannered
Entrepreneurial skills - a will to succeed and constantly improve
Agents will be provided with the necessary training and guidance to be successful
Own transport required
