We are seeking an energetic and experienced Dealer Principal to lead a high-performing, independent pre-owned vehicle dealership that forms part of a reputable and well-established motor group.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all dealership operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
Manage stock acquisition, pricing, and valuations to protect profit margins.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Implement strategic sales and business growth plans.
Ensure seamless coordination across all departments—from the showroom to aftersales support.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' recent experience as a Dealer Principal or in a Senior Management role within a corporate-owned motor dealership.
- Proven track record of success in a high-volume sales environment (commission sheets required).
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in dealer management systems such as Kerridge, CDK, Drive, or Autoline.
- Deep understanding of local market pricing, vehicle buying practices, and valuation processes.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
