New Business Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced New Business Sales Executive, who is self-driven and passionate about Print.
The Executives’ primary responsibilities are to increase business capacity, perpetually finding unique ways to engage and increase our customer base within the corporate market. The Executive is
responsible for securing and managing customers and for planning, implementing, and directing sales activities to achieve sales objectives.

- Flexible Packaging: 4 to 5 years
- Printing Solutions: 4 to 5 years
- Printing Experience: 4 to 5 years
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Grade 12 certificate
Relevant qualification in business management / sales training
Experience and Key Responsibilities
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Printing Industry
Proven record of sales experience and customer facing operations
Proven track record in achieving sales, new business development and sales performance metrics
Knowledge of printing processes and techniques is essential
Knowledge of plant capability and machine specifications
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to engage on a senior management level to fully understand business dynamics
A highly customer orientated attitude with good people skills; self-starter and strong work ethic
Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales
Ability to meet an/or exceed monthly targets, by applying the business strategy and interlinking this
for potential business
Own cellphone, vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
