We are seeking a hands-on Junior Facilities Manager to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential and commercial properties. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service while ensuring that soft and hard services run efficiently and in line with operational standards.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) required; NQF Level 4–6 qualification in Facilities Management or similar preferred
3+ years in Facilities or Maintenance Management
Basic to intermediate financial acumen (2+ years)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience dealing with suppliers, contractors, and compliance matters
Comfortable being on-call and working outside of regular hours when needed
