As a BI/Planning Analytics (TM1) Developer, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of ERP and Cube Reporting solutions. This position involves designing, building, and deploying multidimensional cubes and ETL processes, maintaining existing models, and continuously searching for new ways to improve and integrate data for optimal business performance.

What you'll do

• Design, build, test, and deploy multidimensional cubes, rules, and ETL processes
• Maintain existing TM1 models and develop user interfaces for data capture
• Provide post-deployment support and create technical documentation
• Integrate new data sources into relevant processes and tools
• Manage user permissions, monitor server performance, and conduct user training
• Improve processes and solve complex user queries proactively
• Translate client requests into technical requirements and comprehensive project roadmaps
• Define and apply best development practices within the team
• Mentor and upskill team members, while supporting end users with the IBM Planning Analytics system
