This is a technically-minded and detail-oriented role with strong administrative skills to oversee the quality of work in a truck dealership workshop.

Requirements:

·        Mechanical qualification (preferred).

·        Hino Truck dealership experience with strong technical understanding.

·        Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.

·        Excellent administrative skills for organizing and maintaining records.

·        Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills.

·        Effective communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: (not limited to)

·        Perform thorough quality inspections on trucks to ensure they meet dealership and manufacturer standards.

·        Conduct detailed checks on repairs and services, identifying and addressing any faults.

·        Collaborate with workshop technicians to resolve technical issues and ensure top-notch quality.

·        Oversee the organization of workshop documentation and service records.

·        Implement and maintain strong administrative processes for tracking repairs, parts, and service history.

·        Ensure adherence to safety and quality control procedures, maintaining high operational standards.
