Oversee all shaft-related financial operations and ensure accurate cost allocations.
Monitor and report on cost control, budgets, and variances.
Prepare and submit monthly shaft performance reports.
Assist with the preparation of forecasts and business planning.
Collaborate with operations, HR, and supply chain teams for cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

BCom Accounting or equivalent financial qualification.
Minimum of 3–5 years accounting experience, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.
Experience with cost accounting and financial reporting in a shaft or production environment.
Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g. SAP, Pastel, or similar ERP systems).
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
