We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Creditors Clerk based in Brooklyn, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with Sage 200 Evolution (Pastel Evolution), ERP systems, and stock control processes. A strong understanding of inter-company loan accounts and purchasing is essential, along with hands-on experience in both creditors and cashbook functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Pastel, is required. A Matric certificate is essential.

BASIC SALARY : R16 000.00 - R18 000.00
START DATE                  :           A.S.A.P / Immediate

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
Solid experience with Sage 200 Evolution (Pastel Evolution) and general Sage accounting software
Proficient in ERP systems and stock control systems
Strong understanding of inter-company loan accounts and purchasing processes
Experienced in creditors and cashbook functions
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Pastel

DUTIES:

Manage the cash book and petty cash
Perform accurate bank reconciliations
Prepare supplier reconciliations
Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships
Prepare and load supplier and once-off payments

HOURS:

Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
