Join a manufacturing team as a Finance Administrator in Cape Town!

In this role, you will be responsible for scanning and registering invoices on Syspro, managing purchase orders, updating spreadsheets, and supporting the finance team with general administration. Your expertise in financial admin and records management will be essential in ensuring accurate processing and smooth financial operations.

Key tasks include processing and finalising POs, tracking logistics costs, assisting with month-end/year-end close, maintaining filing systems, and preparing documents for audits. You will ensure timely data entry and support the department’s efficiency through organised records and admin support.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a Matric (Grade 12) and a post-matric qualification in Finance or Administration advantageous, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience using Syspro or similar systems will be valuable.
