Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team and assist in the production process. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and programming CNC lathes, as well as a strong understanding of machining processes. The individual will be responsible for set-up, operation, and maintenance of CNC lathes to ensure the accurate and efficient production of parts to meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce parts according to established blueprints and specifications
• Program CNC controls to perform necessary operations
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of finished parts
• Conduct routine maintenance of CNC lathes to keep machines in optimal working condition
• Perform quality inspections on finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machine operations or programming
• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve efficiency
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
