Calling all Executive PAs!
Are you an experienced Executive PA seeking career opportunities in Gauteng? Here’s an opportunity just for you!
An Executive PA is required to fulfil the following duties for a manufacturing MD: manage schedule, travel, meetings, expense reports, and office administration. Your ability to coordinate logistics, handle inter-department communication, and support internal operations will be key in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities in the office.
Candidate Requirements
Job requirements:
§ Matric and a relevant diploma or degree qualification
§ 3 – 5 years of experience in an admin or PA role at high level executive or management level
§ Knowledge of SAP, Syspro, ClickView and MS Office
