Responsibilities

1. Execution of Activities

• Generate and analyze reports to drive performance improvements.

• Assist in onboarding new advisers, assistants, and clients.

• Stay current with industry trends and market developments.

• Understand market dynamics and asset class behaviors.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

• Plan and manage adviser and client events.

• Address product, system, and service-related enquiries.

• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.

• Ensure adherence to service level agreements and administrative accuracy.

• Provide client support through multiple channels (email, phone, in-person).

2. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, advisers, and internal teams.

• Act as the escalation point for client issues and complaints.

• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

3. Service Quality

• Adhere to agreed turnaround times for administrative tasks.

• Use client feedback to drive continuous service improvement.

4. Crisis Management

• Manage and resolve escalated issues efficiently.

• Implement procedures to minimize client dissatisfaction during crises.

• Focus support on a defined group of advisers to provide tailored service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Investment Management, or related field.

• 3 to 5 years in client services, ideally in a similar role.

• In-depth understanding of LISP (Linked Investment Service Provider) processes and products.

• Familiarity with operational systems and tools used in investment management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Effective relationship management.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
