About the Role:

We're a fast-growing UK-based marketing agency that builds lead generation systems for home improvement, fitness & legal companies.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Marketing Assistant who can:

• Set up landing pages and automations in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Onboard new clients using our existing SOPs
• Help manage basic tasks inside Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads Manager
• Handle client-facing communication where needed
• Design & edit content for ads

This is a full-time, long-term remote role with clear SOPs, consistent tasks, and ongoing support.

Your Responsibilities:

• Set up new client accounts inside GoHighLevel (pipelines, tags, triggers, forms, zaps)
• Build and edit landing pages using our existing templates
• Create onboarding documents from client briefs
• Support with lead tracking setup (Google Ads & Meta)
• Manage client communications in Slack or email (where applicable)
• Spot-check campaigns to ensure proper setup and data tracking
• Follow step-by-step SOPs and suggest improvements where needed
• Communicate with clients with weekly performance reports

Skills You Should Have:

• Proven experience using GoHighLevel (CRM, forms, automations, pages)
• Proven experience creating & optimising Facebook & Google ad campaigns
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow SOPs precisely
• Clear written and verbal communication in English
• Strong attention to detail (location targeting, client brief accuracy)
• Experience using Photo & Video editing software e.g Canva, Photoshop, Capcut

Salary & Benefits:

• R23,000/month starting salary (with performance bonuses)
