Crescent Star Pty Ltd is a privately-held company based La-Lucia Durban North.

We're seeking a talented and experienced Recruitment & Talent Acquisition individual to identify staff for key positions at the company.

Expectations:

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking.
• Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial brief to successful placement, including screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer management.

Responsibilities for Recruitment Consultant

• Recognize and strive to meet company's hiring needs.
• Create and implement recruiting strategies.
• Create and post job advertisements.
• Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, placement portals and social media.
• Assess applications and resumes.
• Screen applicants before the interviewing process.
• Match applicants to job positions.
• Draft KPI's for relevant positions.

Qualifications for Recruitment Consultant

• Degree, Diploma, or Qualifications & Experience in Recruitment.
• Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
