A corporate Retail Store in has a vacancy for a Department Manager to manage the Clothing, Homeware and Beauty Deparments in the West Rand Branch. The main function of the position will be to deliver exceptional customer service, maximise sales, drive stock availabliliy, and develop a motivated team.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Ensure the departmental sales are in line with agreed budgets.

Manage weekly and seasonal store sales plan.

Give input to Customer profiles and timeously communicate updates to Managment.

Ensure the fashion, homeware and beauty stock inventory processes are implemented.

Drive stock availability.

Maximise promotional and special events.

Complete risk audits.

Ensure an excellent customer shopping experience.

Ensure visual merchanding and stock replenishment.

Develop, recruit and train staff.

Minimize shrinkage.

Performance management.

Implement promotions.
