Serve walk-in and call-in customers with a friendly, professional attitude
Provide expert advice on automotive and agricultural parts, specifically bearings, hydraulic fluids, and lubrication fluids
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or alternatives
Process sales orders, returns, and inquiries efficiently
Maintain product knowledge to ensure accurate information and solutions
Assist with stock control, displays, and general store operations

Proven experience in a counter sales or parts advisory role (automotive or agricultural industries preferred)
Strong knowledge of bearings, hydraulic systems, and lubrication fluids
Familiarity with the agricultural sector and its unique equipment needs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
