Our Finance Team is looking for a dynamic and extremely capable individual who has the ability to work both independently and with others. Furthermore, effective communication skills and relationship-building capabilities at all levels will be a great asset.

Duties

• Processing invoices and credit notes
• Reconciling supplier statement to the monthly payment
• Follow up outatanding documents and queries
• Liase with buyers, suppliers and stores to resolve problems
• Keep filing up to date
• Preparing supplier payments

Requirements:

• A Finance related qualification (advantageous)
• A minimum of three years’ experience as a creditors clerk (advantageous)
• Strong numerical skills
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel (intermediate to advance)
• Excellent time management skills
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Strong administration skills
• Previous exposure to an ERP system
• Previous Debtors, Creditors and Cashbook experience
