As a key member of our small but mighty team, you’ll be working closely with a high-performing UK business owner—helping to manage the day-to-day admin, streamline systems, and keep our business on track.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing emails, calendars, bookings, and inbox organisation.

Uploading and scheduling content across platforms (email, social, video).

Keeping our CRM and task systems updated and on point.

Handling general admin like invoicing, reporting and follow-ups.

Supporting client communications and onboarding new leads.
Working directly with the business owner to improve systems and save time.
Required Skills
- Crm Handling: 1 to 2 years
- Google Workspace: 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements

Have proven admin or VA experience (online business world a big plus).

Are confident with tools like Google Drive, Zoom, Canva, and CRMs.
