We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Import Clerk to join our team in the East Rand. This junior-level role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in import administration. Experience in the tissue industry will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the full import process from order placement to goods receipt
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, customs clearance papers, and invoices
• Monitor shipments and update internal systems with delivery status
• Maintain accurate import records and filing
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping and customs documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments regarding inventory and supply timelines
• Assist in coordinating payments and tracking landed costs
• Support general administrative duties related to logistics and procurement
