We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented BI Developer to join our data team. With a strong academic foundation and 5 years of hands-on experience, you’ll play a key role in transforming raw data into valuable insights that support strategic business decisions. You’ll design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that empower users to understand their data through dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

Duties:

·         Design and develop BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar.

·         Create and manage data models, dashboards, and reports based on business needs.

·         Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines.

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

·         Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across BI platforms.

·         Optimize performance of BI reports and troubleshoot data issues.

Skills:

·         Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

·         5+ years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar data-driven role.

·         Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

·         Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).

·         Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.

·         Understanding of data governance, quality, and visualization best practices
