Live-Out Position

Requirements:

· Require the services of a reliable and experienced Kitchen Pass Controller.

· Responsible for managing the pass area in the kitchen, ensuring

· efficient communication between the kitchen staff and front-of house team.

· Ensures that dishes are prepared, plated, and delivered to guests in a timely

· and accurate manner while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.

· Experience with a 4/5* Hotel / Guest House – non-negotiable.
