Breakfast Chef (POS25143)

R 7 000 to R 8 500 per month

Polokwane

Live-out position

Requirements:

· Must have grade 12 with a formal culinary qualification.

· Previous experience as a breakfast chef.

· Responsible for the daily breakfast preparation.

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Chef position with a 4/5* Hotel / Guest House – non-negotiable.

· Polite, friendly, and organised person with a strong personality that can think on

· their feet.

· Well-spoken and well-presented individual.

· Must be able to supervise and manage the junior chefs on the breakfast shift.

· Must be reliable and able to work independently and under pressure.

· Previous experience with banqueting, catering for up to 150 pax.
