The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with a strong background in health and social care, ideally a Registered Nurse (SANC), with a passion for leading care teams and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the daily operations of care services provided to clients.
• Conduct care assessments and develop individualised care plans.
• Supervise, support, and manage a team of caregivers and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and policies.
• Liaise with families, medical professionals, and external agencies.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and implement improvements where needed.
• Manage scheduling, documentation, audits, and reporting.
• Respond to emergencies and client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
