- Manage, oversee and ensure the smooth running of all Mnandi Braai operations
- Manage the team and ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
- Oversee all departments and ensure efficiency by all designated personnel, including the central kitchen

- Ensure that all store managers and supervisors maintain the proper standards related to cleanliness and customer service
- Ensure and enforce the adherence of the menu and all recipes as designed by the Head Chef
