- Respond to leasing inquiries and convert leads into signed leases
- Present, promote, and upsell our student accommodation offerings
- Deliver outstanding service to students, parents, and stakeholders
- Assist with lease renewals, tenant queries, and leasing admin
- Work from both our Pretoria HQ and various property sites in Johannesburg
Are you a confident, client-focused professional with a passion for sales and property? We’re looking for a dynamic Leasing Administrator to join our team and support the leasing of student accommodation across Pretoria and Johannesburg.
✨ What You’ll Do:
Required Skills
- Sales: 1 to 2 years
- Leases: 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in student accommodation
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Knowledge of POPIA and FIC regulations
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Matric (essential)
✔️ Diploma or degree in Business Admin, Real Estate, Sales, Finance, IT, or similar (advantageous)
✔️ 1–2 years' experience in leasing, sales, or a high-volume call centre
✔️ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
✔️ Confident and sales-driven – you know how to close a deal!
✔️ Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
✔️ Own reliable transport – must be able to travel between Pretoria, Johannesburg, and property sites
