Join a highly driven and results-focused student recruitment team at a leading private tertiary education provider.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education. You’ll engage directly with prospective students and schools, presenting, advising, and guiding them through the application and registration process.

Minimum Requirements:
Completed National Diploma (3-year) or Bachelor's Degree
2 or more years of proven experience in a sales environment
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Target-oriented with excellent time management and administrative ability
Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and extended hours during peak periods
Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle (required for daily travel)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver professional presentations at allocated high schools and career expos
Build and manage a database of leads and engage in proactive outreach
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews with prospective students and parents
Assist with the online application process and secure pre-registration payments
Convert applications into full registrations to meet campus intake targets
Maintain accurate records using the CRM system and internal reporting tools
Ensure compliance with all application documentation and administrative processes
Represent the institution professionally at all stakeholder engagement opportunities
