Role: Project Construction Manager
Industry: Construction & Hospitality
Level: Senior Management

Key Requirements:

• Professional registration with SACPCMP (South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions)
• Strong background in hospitality projects and construction management
• Proven track record in project delivery and construction oversight
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors
• Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control
• Proficiency in project management software and construction methodologies
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across project sites
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
