Employer: Goldman Tech Resourcing

One of our top mining clients situated in Gauteng is looking for a skilled and experienced Underground Mechanical Foreman.

Candidate Requirements

Experience Required:

§ 5 - 10 years underground and surface mining experience (both experience is essential)

§ Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the mechanical discipline within the mining industry, of which 5 years should be as an appointed

§ Maintenance & Fault Finding on TMM

Qualifications:

Grade 12 (technical matric) or N3 with 4 subjects in the relevant field.
Recognised Mechanical Trade Test Certificate (Fitter, Rigger and/or Boilermaker)
Mechanical Foreman in an underground mining environment
PLC and Instrumentation experience will be advantageous
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (N6) - advantageous
Supervisory Development Programme (SDP) or equivalent – advantageous
