Duties:

• Completion of Compilations and accounting work
• Compilation of Financial Statements
• Day to day processing of transactions, invoices etc, on Xero Accounting
• Plan jobs with reference to year ends and deadlines
• Requesting of information from clients
• Implementing financial controls on all assets, income streams and expenses
• Preparation of management accounts
• Processing and calculation of month end journals
• All processing of the books up to Trial Balance & Balance Sheet
• Full Xero functions, including:
  • Management accounts
  • Balancing of creditors,
  • Bank accounts etc.
• Capturing salaries
• E-Filing submissions:
  • VAT201
  • EMP201
  • EMP501
  • IT
