Employer: Regal Distributors SA (Pty) Ltd

       

      Regal has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Consultant to offer a support role to all Regal Branches, Regal clients, retail, trade when requested or required and support our sales team and warehouse where necessary.

      Key responsibilities but not limited to:

      • Efficiently attend to sales queries/ requests for quotes and pricing from all internal, retail and trade customers.
      • Manage the buyout process request from branches in a timeous manner.
      • Attend to O/T requests from branches, keeping relevant parties informed at all times.
      • Professionally handle over flow calls received from branches through the Q Contact CRM and ensure call back requests are attended to timeously, received into the NSC queue.
      • Professionally handle all calls received directly from branches and customers through the NSC Customer Management Platform - Q Contact.
      • Keep a well-maintained admin process flow.
      • Load and manage Supplier requests, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders for buy-outs.
      • Assist branches with stock to complete orders placed – part of IBT.
      • Resolve and record customer complaints and escalate to Management for assistance when necessary or required/requested.
      • Resolve or redirect all Technical Queries to the branch technical desk or to Technical for resolution.
      • Generate Pro-Forma Invoices, Quotations and confirm Pick Notes.
      • Ensure Margins are correct on all Orders.
      • Provide customers with branch stock availability.
      • Process back-orders and ensure margins are correct before processing, on a daily basis.

Candidate Requirements

      • Grade 12.
      • 3 Years Sales Support/Administration experience.
      • Solid knowledge of products and services promoted by Regal.
      • Good computer literacy and efficient on K8.
      • Excellent telephone voice and etiquette.
      • Able to work every alternate Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00 and selected Public Holidays.
      • Reliable transport.
