CANCELLATIONS MANAGER

Based: EAST RAND

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or a related field

Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales or related roles.

A firm grasp of customer relationship principles and customer retentions tactics

Must have excellent English Written & Verbal skills

Must be outgoing, friendly and eager to learn and grow within an international company

High attention to detail & accuracy

Computer Literate - System training will be provided

Must be prepared to work UK hours

Monday to Friday 10h30 – 19h30 (Summer) & 09h30 – 18h30 (Winter)

Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)
