Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering is essential

· A valid blasting certificate for scheduled mines is essential.

· Valid Mine Overseer’s & Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency is essential.

· 3 years working experience as a Mine Overseer is essential.

· At least 5 year’s working experience as an appointed Mine Manager is essential.

· 2 years’ working experience as a Shift Supervisor is essential.

· 3 years’ working experience in a project environment would be advantageous.

· Computer Literacy (MS Office) is essential.

· Must be medically fit in order to obtain a medical certificate
