Join a leading construction and engineering team as a Mechanical Engineer in the Western Cape!

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical engineering aspects of high-complexity construction projects, including those in the government health sector. Your expertise in JBCC 6.2 agreements, contract documentation, and professional project management will be essential in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and successful project outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering and be professionally registered with ECSA (PrEng) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. You should be able to review, compile, and endorse Contract Instructions and Extension of Time claims. Strong project management, delegation, and administrative skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ability to work under strict deadlines and strong formal writing abilities will also be valuable.
