We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

2. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

3. Manage the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes.

4. Coordinate and oversee financial audits.

5. Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management.

6. Monitor and analyze financial trends and performance metrics.

7. Manage the company’s financial risk and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.

8. Handle payroll processing and tax planning.

9. Supervise and train finance department staff.

10. Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

2. Completed SAICA articles

3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance-related role (post articles experience required)

4. Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

5. Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.

6. Excellent knowledge of financial software and MS Excel.

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

10. Ability to think strategically and make sound financial decisions.

11. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Must have worked in a Production or Manufacturing environment
