About the Role:

Grodirect is seeking dynamic, motivated, and goal-oriented individuals to join our face-to-face sales team in Silverton. As a Customer Sales Agent, you'll represent The Unlimited, a leading name in the insurance industry, promoting and selling a range of financial and insurance products directly to customers.

This is an entry-level, commission-based role—perfect for individuals with a passion for people, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a desire to build a rewarding career from the ground up. No previous experience is required—just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!

What You’ll Do:

* Engage in face-to-face sales and customer interaction
* Promote and sell insurance products on behalf of The Unlimited
* Achieve and exceed weekly sales targets
* Participate in training programs to grow your sales and business skills
* Learn and develop the skills necessary to become a franchise owner
* Represent Grodirect and The Unlimited in a professional and enthusiastic manner
