Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

·        A postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA/MBL) would be advantageous

·        GCC (Mines and Works)

·        A Minimum of 15 years’ in the Mining sector experience, with substantial engineering leadership in underground operations experience.

·        Professional registration with a recognized engineering body

·        In-depth knowledge of mining regulations, safety standards, and engineering best practices

·        Proven leadership and interpersonal skills capable of motivating a diverse technical team

·        Strong project and budget management experience.

·        Proficiency with engineering tools and software for analysis, planning, and performance tracking.

·        Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
