Candidate Requirements
- The applicant must have knowledge of the food industry with relevant experience.
- The applicant must have good people and strong managerial skills, and will be required to interact with customers and suppliers on a daily basis.
- Good computer skills a necessity for Stock Control purposes
- Further education/studies/diploma/certificate/degree in food/hospitality will be beneficial to the application.
- Abillity to work under pressure
- Drivers licence would be beneficial
