Our client is seeking a Junior Field Service Technician with a passion for technology and excellent problem-solving skills to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Canon, HP, and Konica Minolta office automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure office automation equipment (Canon, HP, Konica Minolta)

• Diagnose and repair hardware faults

• Perform routine maintenance and firmware updates

• Provide on-site support and technical assistance to clients

• Maintain accurate service records and reports
