Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily financial operations of the business.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Generate monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Ensure timely payment of all expenses.
