Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled General Manager to lead our [Nakhla Tobacco South Africa] team. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations, managing staff, implementing company policies and strategies, and meeting business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing a team.

• Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and strategies in alignment with the overall business objectives
