A position exists in a fast paced logistics firm for a Credit Controller who will be primarily responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments, and minimizing credit risk. This involves evaluating creditworthiness, setting credit limits, processing invoices, and actively collecting debts. You will also handle customer queries, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports for management.
Candidate Requirements
Ideally a combination of formal qualifications, practical experience, and relevant skills is required. A Matric with Mathematics and/or Accounting , and further qualifications like a Diploma in Credit Management, or a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related fields are highly advantageous. Experience in credit control, financial analysis, and strong communication and negotiation skills are also crucial.
