Our client is seeking a Senior Mobile App Business Analyst with a strong focus on UX and Progressive Web Applications (PWAs). This is a highly independent role suited for someone with deep experience in mobile-first product analysis and mobile UX design thinking. You’ll act as the key liaison between clients, users, and developers—translating business needs into user-centric mobile workflows and actionable development specifications.

Responsibilities:

·        Lead requirements gathering for mobile-first and PWA-based applications.

·        Collaborate with clients to translate business objectives into efficient mobile user journeys.

·        Provide guidance on mobile capabilities (e.g., push notifications, device privacy settings).

·        Deconstruct complex processes into mobile-optimized experiences.

·        Write precise user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.

·        Ensure alignment with UX best practices and mobile platform constraints.

·        Partner with developers to address technical feasibility and constraints.

·        Identify usability issues and edge-case scenarios in proposed solutions.

·        Act as the subject-matter expert on mobile UX/UI patterns across iOS, Android, and web.

·        Contribute to multiple applications within the Blueport Platform ecosystem.
